Terms and Conditions – Digital Products

These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products sold by SOUNDPLUG VOF through its website.

1. Products

SOUNDPLUG VOF sells digital products, including but not limited to audio presets and digital files. All products are delivered digitally and no physical goods are shipped.

2. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, the digital product is made available immediately via download or email. The customer is responsible for downloading and storing the product.

3. No Right of Withdrawal / No Refunds

By purchasing a digital product, the customer expressly agrees to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Once the digital product has been delivered, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are possible.

4. Use of Products

All digital products are for personal or commercial use unless stated otherwise. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or sublicensing of the products is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

Results obtained using presets may vary depending on software versions, plugins, hardware, audio material, and user settings. SOUNDPLUG VOF does not guarantee specific sonic results.

6. Liability

SOUNDPLUG VOF cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the digital products.

7. Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time via email to info@soundplug.be. Complaints do not entitle the customer to a refund.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
